Which Joe Wicks book?

I do like his exercise routines and was wondering which of his books would be best to start off with for healthy recipes which get the weight off. I just want to buy one but maybe two if they are good.

I have all 3 of the shift shape sustain books and really like all of them!

I'd go into the bookshop and flick through them and see which one has the most recipes you fancy.
Pinch of nom is nice too
