I've been calorie counting since December and lost a stone. I had set nutracheck to lose 1.5 lb a week but I'm finding in the last week or so I've struggled to remain in this and happy now to lose at a slower pace now so changed to lose 1lb a week gave me an extra 200 calories a day. Will I still lose weight or is it likely my body has got used to the lower calories? I should still be in a big deficit I think?! Thanks
