Upping calories but still want to lose

I've been calorie counting since December and lost a stone. I had set nutracheck to lose 1.5 lb a week but I'm finding in the last week or so I've struggled to remain in this and happy now to lose at a slower pace now so changed to lose 1lb a week gave me an extra 200 calories a day. Will I still lose weight or is it likely my body has got used to the lower calories? I should still be in a big deficit I think?! Thanks

It's reallg personal to your body i think. Nutracheck has given me 1200 calories pwr day with an aim of loosing 1.5lbs and that is fine fior5me and i'm actually loosing slightly more. But anything about 1300 and i know from past experience that i stop loosing altogether even though on paper i shouldn't. So you may just have to try and see x
