Do collagen supplements help loose skin after weight loss?

I’ve lost 3 stone, with 2 more to go, and my skin is looking a bit saggy. My whole body looks like it’s wearing a onesie that’s three sizes too big, and it’s only going to get worse as I lose more weight.
I’m 50 so can’t rely on any youthful elasticity pulling it back in at this point.
I do resistance training, HIIT, Pilates, swimming, cycling and lead an active life.

I’m never going to have money for surgery or expensive salon treatments, so I’m wondering whether anyone has had any success in tightening their skin up with collagen supplements? It’s not terrible but I just look a bit like I’m melting.

Try Tracy Anderson matt floor workout. Its all about small movements and bringing the skin into the body. I think it is AMAZING although I never stick with it but I lost a ton of weight about 5 years ago and for the first time my skin on my stomach was wrinkly (didn't even happen after pregnancy) and I did this for 6 weeks every day almost and my stomach now looks like I never had kids

Skin shrinks slower than fat, it will change but you'll need to wait. If you're lucky you'll have little to no loose skin, however be prepared that you may retain some loose skin, it's all down to genes.
