Has anyone had any success with this?
I think I need something to engage regularly with so I'm wondering about noom? From reviews you don't seem to get to speak to real people but I think if I do the exercises properly that might be enough?
Slimming world worked for me (done with real life in mind, not slavishly following the rules which didn't always make sense!). Then stuff happened, the group moved etc. and although I found it "easy" and a long term plan, I'm really struggling to get it to "click" again.
