I start next week- got too many events this week to make it workable.
Did a brief 10 day stint a year or so ago for a pre holiday thing.
I need to lose 3stone and quite quickly, for health reasons.
I know it is not long term healthy etc, I'm viewing it as a means to an end. Will be getting therapy for binge issues in meantime too.
I'm going to do 2 products a day and a low calorie meal as I don't want my young child seeing me on packet meal etc on evenings, and I know I will struggle to cook for everyone else etc.
I see alot of people talking about big losses but they seem to be mainly on all products?
