Facebook and other social media are bombarding me with Shapermint adverts 🙈 I've no triggered it by googling but it's defo got me thinking..

My question is - does it really work as well as the adverts seem to show?!

It's shapeware / the ad I get each day is a vest that holds you in. Like super in.
