Losing weight for PCOS symptoms

Hi ladies!

I have around 8kg to lose to get myself into a healthy range for my PCOS symptoms to improve. If anyone else is on a similar journey, let's share ideas and experience and a bit of motivation to keep us going.

Goal 1 - lowering sugar from my diet
Goal 2 - exercising more frequently - build to 3x per week
Goal 3 - reduce carbs to only breakfast

What are your goals to start with?

Let's go!

I also need to lose weight to improve my PCOS, although I need to lose a lot more than you do.

I would also like to reduce my sugar intake and reduce my carbs. But god I love pasta and bread so much!Sad

So do I, but my attitude this time is to reduce not completely cut out hoping it'll make it a tiny bit easier!

Going to try a run this weekend too!

No more chocolate in my house, and I try to keep a big chicken salad prepped in the fridge and have a portion as a go to grab food.

Currently my evening indulgence is a hot chocolate. These are big changes for me!
