I've been exclusively breastfeeding my daughter for 6 months, and haven't lost any weight at all! We've just booked a wedding for this November and I would like to loose some weight before then, just to feel a bit better about myself! Currently trying calorie counting, but not sure how to do all the calculations, so don't know if I'm eating too much/too little! Any advice is appreciated, just ideas on where to look or what website to use would be amazing! Thanks
