I'm like the very hungry caterpillar when working from home. Help!

Today I've had two slices of toast, big slice of leftover apple pie, a muffin, orange, plum, bag of crisps, leftover chicken pie, two slices of chirizo, more apple pie, three marshmallows and a punnet of blueberries. I cannot stop grazing! After every twenty minutes of work, I treat myself by popping to the fridge, I am completely OUT OF CONTROL!!!
I have recently reached goal weight after spending all of last year calorie counting but it's creeping back up again. I think I got into a bit of a binge mentality over Christmas and struggling to change habits now. Does anybody have and tips to break this pattern?! Thanks.

Water.
Sparkling water with a no calorie cordial works for me. Everytime I want to eat something I get a glass instead.

And when WFH start the day with eggs in some form on toast. Only thing that genuinely stops me feeling hugry!

Yes, me too. Usually, even when at home for leisure I'm very good at 3 healthy meals and no snacking. When working from home the bread/toast and any treats (adult) DC have in are fair game and I graze all day. Thankfully, I don't do it very often.

For me, I don't think it's hunger. No reason for me to me more hungry at home than I am in the office

Oh that’s a good idea, I’m definitely doing this on Monday, and eggs for breakfast too, my diet is very carb heavy which is probably making me eat more!
