I am now 2 years post baby and still have 2.5 stone to lose. I could really do with some support to keep me on track. Can't afford to do any "weight loss clubs" and I have had to cancel my gym membership as the price was just too much with all the other increases in the cost of living. I know I am an emotional and boredom eater not helped by being permanently wfh. I know what I should be doing just can't seem to get focussed enough. Found out my cholesterol could be borderline too so I really do need to get a kick up the bottom. Anyone else in a similar position and want to help support each other?

Why not get your trainers on and get outside walking. The fresh air might do you some good.

I know the weather isn't great, but I know I feel better after I've been outside exercising.

Have you got an eating plan or diet you are doing?

Good luck. I'm sure you can do it!!
