Weight loss surgery- 3 years on, need to lose weight

Hi all!

Wondering if there was anyone else in a similar situation to me who might need to lose a little bit & have any tips for me.

Had gastric bypass surgery in 2020 and lost 13.5 stone. Got down to 12.5 stone and felt happy and healthy. Maintained that weight for over a year.

Realised after Christmas that some of my clothes were feeling a little tight and weighed myself today and a little bit of weight has crept back on so would like to do something about it & get rid of about a stone over 3 months.

The first thing I'm going to do is start having a 30 minute walk before work as WFH sometimes means I end up not leaving the house during the week! Also being a bit more mindful of snacking between meals.

Be great to hear from anyone who'd like to share ideas and keep me on track!

Hiya.

I had a sleeve almost 2 years ago.

Lost 6 stone. My goal was 7 but never achieved it.

I've sat at around 11st4 for a year but I would redlaly like to lose the last stone for summer so I'm in if you're still looking for a buddy?

I have GS bypass food plan from my recent surgery if you want it

@Shugga that’s actually really common
I know loads of people who can’t lose that last 1/2 - 1stone
