When you are trying to lose/maintain,

How often do you weigh yourself?

Or do you use a different tool of measurement?

Every day in my life, I want to lose my body weight, 3 years before I started simple workouts. Right now, I lose more than 50 pounds in the last 3 years. Still I continue to simple workouts to keep my body weight control and also keep my body fit.

I am a daily weigher with a spreadsheet & trend lines.

Daily. After my first morning wee before the shower.

I track the trend. My weight does go up and down a bit but I'm fine if the trend is either down or flat depending on whether I'm losing or maintaining

Daily, in the morning after using the loo.
If I weighed weekly or monthly, and it was on one of my heavier days I'd probably be fed up enough to hit the chocolate, and if it was on a lighter day I'd probably think it's going so well I can afford some chocolate 😜I wear a lot of stretchy clothes and have a naturally small waist whatever my size so clothes fit isn't a good guide for me.
Having said that, I lost a shit load of weight about 6 years ago, and I've just found a pair of non stretch jeans that I used to to wear and I can't get them over my fat thighs now 😚
