Back in 2012 I joined WW, I was given 26 points per day, 49 extras per week. I managed to stick to it and it worked. I know it's changed several times since then, but I just had another look (like I do every January) and the recommended 'core' plan gives 23 points per day, 21 extras per week. I just know this is too little for me and I will fall off the wagon really quickly.
However I found the Ultimate Food Value Diary app, and this operates on the 'old' weight watchers plan/points that I know I can stick to. And it's free!
