Lipedema or pear shaped

I've always been larger on the bottom. A typical pear shape. Small waist and boobs. I've also got cellulite on my bum and back of thighs. I've been on Dr Google and have now convinced myself that I have stage 1 lipedema. Or am I just naturally pear shaped and have to accept that no matter how much weight I loose this will always be my bodyshape. Sorry for the mirror that is in desperate need of a clean

If you can press on the areas and it’s painful it could be.

Fat feels abnormal and painful. Unlike normal fat accumulation, fat areas resulting from lipedema tend to be very tender if you apply pressure and may be easy to bruise. The fat deposits can also hurt for no apparent reason, and the skin can become less elastic feeling
