I had a c-section 7 months ago but haven't been able to lose weight yet as I am still breastfeeding. I am planning start exercise, a mild diet, etc. Really want to hear success stories for motivation.

I breast fed untill my dd was 7 months old, within 2months of careful eating and daily sit ups I have a flat tummy again. do not even bother trying untill you stop breast feeding, as you need to eat more to produce plenty of milk. I started off by doing 5sits ups per day and increasing it by 5each week. I have a healthy diet, never skip meals, and still have the occasional snack. hope this helps.

I wouldn't call mine totally flat as I can't rid of the slight C-section "overhang" - but I'm happy with it at least when I'm dressed! Lots and lots of walking (as part of activities with DS - easier to fit in than gym etc) works for me and also I find that it's much flatter when I remember to drink lots of water. I have a fairly normal diet - healthy with lots of veg, and not too much alcohol, but not restricted to particular foods or a "diet" as such.

Running and limiting my wheat intake from food like bread helped me to flatten mine.
