Very recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and it's been suggested I try the Newcastle Diet to look at a possible reversal. I am very heavy, the heaviest I've ever been and need to loose a lot of weight so it seems like a good start. My husband's also type 2 and needs to loose weight too so has agreed to join me on the diet.
Is anyone else here on the Newcastle plan? I've done a search and can only find one 4 year old thread.
I would love to find some additional support if anyone else is on the plan or considering.
