I'm trying to drink less alcohol, which seems to be my go to in the evenings (a bad habit I'm trying to change).
Apart from the obvious water, what do you drink in the evenings?
I'm not really a tea drinker and not an evening coffee drinker.
But I'd like something a bit more different than juice.
Currently thinking of slim line tonics or maybe some homemade lemon and mint sparkling water?
Any other ideas? I'd love some inspiration and suggestions?
