I would like to try joining one to up my fitness and lose weight. Anyone tried both?

I would advise anyone to avoid TeamRH like the plague. Once you sign up you can’t cancel for a year and if you try cancel your payments they send nasty debt collection letters to you. The app is terrible and you have to do all your calorie tracking through my fitness pal anyway. Plus Richie is a well known misogynist and bully.

Will also point out the receipts on the app are not exclusive to TeamRH or have been created for them. They are copied from elsewhere on the internet. The giveaway is the Americanisms in the Ingredients and measurements. The workouts are all very basic and they never get updated. You can find the same stuff for free on YouTube.

Team Rh just slags rest of competion off to get a leg up instead of saying how good their plan is, didn't used to be too bad until Richie's partner left him. And he's a horrible bully and narc.
