Pretty much as the title says really.
I'm looking for some weight loss advice that is realistic with the following hurdles:
- I work full time 9-5 Mon-Fri with 48 mins for lunch
- I am a full time carer for my husband and 21 Yr old child with mental health issues (DH also has physical problems now)
- I am menopausal but on HRT
4 I take antidepressants (for all the above reasons!)
- I need to lose at least 2 stone (very possibly 3)
- I am vegetarian but eat fish/prawns
- I don't eat fresh or tinned tomatoes!
Please can anyone put me on the right track for an app that really helps or general advice? My SIL says calorie deficit all the way but that's hard when you're knackered at the end of the day, have to still cook dinner and want to be in bed by 9!
