Pretty much as the title says really.

I'm looking for some weight loss advice that is realistic with the following hurdles:

  1. I work full time 9-5 Mon-Fri with 48 mins for lunch
  2. I am a full time carer for my husband and 21 Yr old child with mental health issues (DH also has physical problems now)
  3. I am menopausal but on HRT
4 I take antidepressants (for all the above reasons!)
  1. I need to lose at least 2 stone (very possibly 3)
  2. I am vegetarian but eat fish/prawns
  3. I don't eat fresh or tinned tomatoes!

Please can anyone put me on the right track for an app that really helps or general advice? My SIL says calorie deficit all the way but that's hard when you're knackered at the end of the day, have to still cook dinner and want to be in bed by 9!

Keto- lost 2kg a week over 6 weeks
That and making a conscious decision to walk EVERYWHERE
So rather than watching TV I went for a walk, on a journey, walking at least 2 bus stops there and back. This also helped me attempt running as if I saw a bus I would pretend I was running for a bus.
Too self conscious, fat and unfit to run for a bus

Thanks @Waitymatey
I did look at Keto but wasn't sure if my vegetarian diet minus tomatoes would leave me hungry. I will have a look though, thank you 😀

2kg a week is not by any means sustainable. Calorie deficit isn't that difficult. Just make sure each meal has protein of some sort and some fruit or veg, don't put on too many carbs. Don't overthink.

@Unicorn34 - have a look at Josh Axe keto book- it explains the science but also has clear visuals to simplify what you can and cannot eat
@Harrysmummy246 - thanks for the feedback, if I ever have to loose more than 12kg again I will bear it in mind xc
