At the start of August I decided on a weekly basis to go swimming, started really well and went about 3 x a week, I did a spin class once a week, then I decided to join the gym and wanted to pursue more into weights... BUT ... i'm too anxious to do anything of the sort and now I'm paying a monthly subscription just to go do cardio, i haven't been for weeks now because I haven't had time and now i'm ill...
I just need a buddy or even a team where we can all motivate each other to keep on top with either going to the gym/ home workouts or even just keeping active and fit.
