My ultimate goal is 9st 3lb and I didn't really start until this month/end of November properly so I said I'd settle for 9st 7lb for Christmas. I'm 9st 8lb today with period weight and I'm happy with that. My aim is not to gain more than 2lbs in the 2 week Christmas holidays and to drop the last 5lb before my holiday in February half term. My BMI is 23.7 down from 26 and I feel much better and have lost my slight double chin. My friend who didn't know I was trying to lose weight has noticed I've lost weight and said it's noticeable in my face and abdomen. So for the first time ever I've given myself the Christmas present I ask myself for every year but fail to get. I hope Christmas doesn't undo my work.
