Just finished SPR and got great results. The advice is to carry on with it 5 days a week with 2 days off. I’m determined to maintain the results but the whole eating 6 times a day on the 5 days is such a pain in the arse!!!
I feel like I’d constantly have to be planning ahead and thinking about where I’m going to be throughout the day and what I’m going to eat, and taking prepped food out with me.
It’d be a bit easier if I could eat one of the “meal” recipes for breakfast but they’re all quite meaty (or Quorn/tofu) and I just don’t like that for breakfast. So I eat fruit, nuts and yogurt - which is only classed as a snack - meaning I’ve got to fit in 3 meals, which all need cooking, during the day when I’m most likely to be out and about.
Has anyone else done SPR and managed to maintain it with a slightly easier way of eating???
