Too fast?

I'm eating low carb no sugar meals. I lost 6 kilos in 4 weeks. I'm worried is too fast and my skin will suffer.

I do eat around 1200 calories day. Sedentary life style . 164cm and now 67kilos . I would like to lose another 6 but slowly Any recommendations please?

If it's to help your skin, add more protein to each meal, some collagen every day, and some more healthy fat (avocado, olives, raw nuts, flax seeds...)

In my experience the weight loss slows down at this stage with low carb, so I'd just keep going if you can -especially with Xmas lapses. Well done so far:)
