The last 3 out of 4 weeks I have weighed 10 st 1lb

So does this mean I have officially lost 62lbs or does it need to be completely constant?

Mind you the last 8lbs I was not intending to lose

Is that due to all the stress??? LOL

KatyMac · 31/01/2008 22:36

Well possibly - but who cares

I lost loads when I was ill in the autumn & I put it all back on over Christmas - but it's disappeared

I wonder if I had plateaued (sp??) and by breaking through that weight by being ill has enabled me to get down there & now my normal diet will keep me there? Does that make any sense?
