Have I lost 7 or 8lbs?

I was 13st 6lbs and I'm 12st 13lbs today. I never know if you count the 14th lb or not 😖

Hi - you've lost 7 lbs. 6 takes you to 13 st (or 12st 14) and then you lost another pound.
