I have read so much about all these different weight loss things that I have managed to confuse myself. Would somebody be able to break it down for me so I can decide between them.

I just eat too much, not from hunger but more from enjoying the taste. I can NOT eat stuff, eg I have a toblerone bar next to me that I've had two triangles from, but I also will eat when I'm not hungry just because I want it.

I am trying to be sensible, calorie count, etc, but I think I just need something to give me a boost if you see what I mean? So which of the above is best for stopping cravings, binge eating, as opposed to actual hunger?

Sorry if this has been done before!

Saxenda is good but the daily injections will become too much after a while, it does stop the cravings but can make you light headed , it does work fast
MySimba is tables - not great at stopping the cravings or hiving you the full feeling, truthfully i did not take them long enough only couple of weeks but i didn’t notice much
Ozempic in my opinion it the best, stops cravings , one injection a week , not many side effects but not working as fast as Saxenda

This is only my opinion as tried all , side effects is different for every person , these is what I had The worst bit for me was that after I stopped, all the cravings came back along with the weight so I gave everything up and try to work on my diet and snacking
Good luck 🤞

Thanks. I am trying to work on my diet, generally I do eat pretty healthily. I try not to buy bread very often cause it is my kryptonite (fried egg sandwiches in particular!). I just need some willpower help at the moment to kickstart some weight loss. I'm much more motivated once I start losing, I'm just rubbish at the beginning.

Hi,
i am similar to you in that i dont eat because I am hungry but more its the dopamine effect. Not sure if ozempic will work. I was wondering how you got on?
