how to stop negative thought processes scuppering weight loss

am always banging on about this 10lbs ish I want to lose! have joined ww again, but I usually lose interest after first couple of weeks, would love some tips on keeping motivated! thanks...

I have a pair of trousers, I've got a really clear mental picture of me wearing them this summer. I cant do them up yet, but I keep thinking what I'll look like in them, and thats keeping me going and motivated (and I'm doing low-carb and I much prefer the food I'm eating now to what I was eating before)

you know when you kind of lose the plot and go off the rails in a split second? I do that! them am like "argh!" afterwards!
