I need to do some exercise...the problem is it's very difficult to get to any of the gyms/swimming pools in my area that are open when i have the time, i can't go once the kids get home from school as OH works long hours or is away on business. I don't finish work until 2pm so only have just over a hour during the day before kids are home.

So that leaves DVD's which is fine but over the last two years i have broken my left arm, it still aches in cold weather, have had a lump removed from my right wrist, so that still feels weak and and about two weeks ago had a nasty fall and very badly sprained my ankle!! Honestly no drink was involved!!

So my question is what would be the best DVD for me given im a complete wreck at the moment?

Im about normal weight for my height wink wink but feeling very wobbly after xmas pig out!!

What sort of exercise do you like? Have you tried any DVDs?

(Personally I like Tae Bo, or Lynn Robinson Pilates, but it is a personal taste thing - there are lots of threads recommending and discussing DVD options.)

Oh, although I'd try running or biking, really, as that's what I do currently. Biking is a good option ...
