I got a cheap treadmill. Just the flat one and put it up against the wall when not using.

A good yoga / exercise mat.

Walking is great exercise for weight loss. Try to aim for 10,000 steps a day.

Then simple yoga or floor exercises can help tone as the weight goes Liz

TRX straps or equivalent. I think Argos have no-name a set in the black friday sale for a very cheap price. I have owned a set for 7yrs now and they are a staple exercise for any workout for me. I have moved to heavy weights but i still do all my warmups with them. I Y T's. Mountain climbers. Assisted squats. Push ups. Pull Ups etc etc etc. Its all bodyweight exercises that you can do in the house as long as you have a doorway to strap it too. You can make everyexercise harder or easier. That and a decent kettlebell with a bit of googling you would be able to put a full body workout together for very little money
