When i started ww last time (3 years ago post ds2) I was on 22 points a day, and this time am on 20 as I'm not as heavy as I was then. I've lost 3kg in the last month, and am finding it ok, but I am aware that at some point my daily allowance is going to get cut even further to 18 points.

How heavy to you have to be before you only get 18 points a day?
thanks

Very well done on losing 3kgs.

If I remember correctly (WW booklet isn't to hand) you drop one point every time you move into a lower stone bracket. I'm on 20 points a day at the mo but when I get to under 9st I'll go down to 19 points.

Are you worrying about "only" getting 18 points a day? You can earn yourself extra points by raising your activity levels. If you're worried that you're going to feel hungry don't forget that you can fill up on free foods. I make lovely vegetable kebabs using onion, mushrooms and peppers that help bulk up smaller meals .

thanks Amandoh

Not really "worried" except that 20 is easy and 18 will be less so. I think I'll find it especially hard to fit in the odd glass of wine on that anyway....

The thing i like about ww is that I am doing it online and its easy to keep track of as i am desk bound nearly all day. I am pretty much eating normally, but bulking up with veg, so hence i guess I'm just eating less of the more fatty stuff.....eg tonight we are having perfectly normal home made spag bol, but i have a lot less than I would normally have done, with a big helping of broccoli to fill me up. Have also realised on this just how much damage my latte habit was causing me!
