Please help me with healthy snacks. Ive just scoffed an entire pack of digestives and feel disgusting 🙈🙈 I need to break this horrible habit!! What can I snack on to get out of this/keep the sugar cravings away?

If you fill yourself up enough you won’t feel the need for snack.

Aim to fill yourself with lean protein and extra fibre and you, hopefully, won’t feel the need to snack. If you are a snacker then don’t buy them, or buy smaller/single snacks, if they aren’t there you can’t eat (a packet of) them. The problem with eating sugary things is that it leaves you craving more sugar.

You should also consider logging what you eat & drink on My Fitness Pal or similar. It can be very motivating. There are 71 calories in a Mcvities digestive biscuit. Knowing that if you eat 6 of them you have eaten more calories than a sandwich with a bowl of vegetable soup for example can help you stay on track.
