I have been doing WW since March and while I have seen a drop of 1 stone 3lbs I still have another 2 stone plus to go. Today I went for my weigh in and I have put on the 1 lbs I lost last week!! I’ve been stuck for over a month around the same weight.either putting one on or off!
Anyway I heard a podcast on BBC sounds called All Hail Kale and randomly choose an episode and heard this Dr being interviewed. I looked him up and he has this website called NutritionFacts.org. And a free app called Daily Dozen- which has some check lists of stuff to do/ eat to live healthier- but there is also another check list with 21 tweaks for weight loss. He seems to back up his suggestions with evidence from medical studies- so there could be something there right?!?
I planning on adding some of the suggestions into my daily routine/ eating - as I feel like I need to do something but wondered if anyone else has done this - had any success and if they had side effects (wind?!?!)
Would it be mad to go from doing almost none to as many as I can? Would my body thank me?
