How do all of you breast feeding mums find the will you put down the chocolate😂
I have 2 sons, ones 15 months and one is 3 weeks!
After my first was born and after losing all the extra weight from fluid and blood etc etc I had gained about 15 kilos and lost it all 7 months postpartum when I got pregnant again I have gained about 10 I think this time.
last time it was much easier to kick the junk food bucket and I’m really struggling this time. (Breastfed both babies and did not eat like this with my first!)
what motivated everyone else to shift the baby weight?
