So I’ve been counting calories for the past week trying to stick to 1600ish. I’ve mainly been doing this by eating smaller portions, avoiding ultra processed food and only eating when I feel hungry.
I had a big breakfast yesterday so only had a small lunch and small dinner and was probably under my calorie goal. However since yesterday I have noticed I’m burping a lot and have a feeling like I have saliva at the back of my throat that just won’t go down my throat. Pharmacist said it’s possibly reflux.
has anyone else experienced something similar with calorie counting? I want to make it work and am getting used to the hunger but don’t want to feel like this all the bloody time!!
