Got weighed this morning and I'm 10 stone 8 3/4.

Was slightly more than that during the summer and manage to lose almost half a stone but life happened and it's pretty much all gone back on.

I'd like to get to 9 stone 7 and then see how I feel, but whatever I can get off between now and Christmas is a bonus Smile

Aiming for 1600 cals, or less, per day and will weigh a couple of times a week.

Yes I'm in! Almost exactly the same weight as you (10 stone 9 this morning) and also aiming for 9 stone 7.

I've found it harder since getting older (mid 40s now) and am also uppping the exercise.

I get really impatient but slow and steady does work best for me. Ultimately I just want to feel better and lose my spare tyre!

Yeah slow and steady works for me too, and I like that I can still eat whatever I want (within reason.) I struggle if there's too much off limits!
