Got weighed this morning and I'm 10 stone 8 3/4.
Was slightly more than that during the summer and manage to lose almost half a stone but life happened and it's pretty much all gone back on.
I'd like to get to 9 stone 7 and then see how I feel, but whatever I can get off between now and Christmas is a bonus 
Aiming for 1600 cals, or less, per day and will weigh a couple of times a week.
