Hey, I think I’d do a lot better with a chat buddy and I have a load of support and encouragement to offer. To avoid signing up for yet another new thing I thought I’d try posting here to see if anyone bites.
I’m 5ft2, 150lbs and had 3 kids. I enjoy exercising. I like to cycle and run and have recently taken up strength training. My issue is simply that I eat too much and cannot shift the fat.
