I've not weighed myself but I think I'm around 16stone. I know when I do weight myself I will cry.
I have had a lot of health issues the last 2 years and the weight has piled on. I need to lose it. Well I have some diagnoses now. Hashimoto's, polycystic ovary syndrome and low b12 and iron. So to try and control my symptoms I want to lose some weight. I read that PCOS can be controlled by a Mediterranean diet which I ran by my doctor and she sees no issue trying it. I've been told to avoid high intensity workouts, do weights and some walks.
So here I go, I will be taking lots of vitamins. I'll be doing walks every day, and 10 minutes of weights daily, trying to eat mostly Mediterranean foods. I'm going to charge my smartwatch. I'm going to log everything on MFP. I'm going to drink lots of water. I'm not eating after 6.30. 12 weeks on Sunday until Christmas, so I'm hoping I can have lost 1 stone by Christmas. And I hope to see a slight improvement on my symptoms!
