So I have under two weeks until I'm a Bridesmaid on 8th October!
I need a VERY quick fix. I know it's not healthy but I will only be doing it for a week and a bit.
Has anyone found anything that works?
I did the egg/grapefruit diet a few years ago and lost 4lbs in 3 days. I might do that again if desperate.
However I am wondering if I just eat 700/800 cals a day would that work?
Any help appreciated.
I am aware it will be mostly water. I'm fine with that. I just want to feel a bit more comfy on the day.
