I'm doing my first week. Cheekily weighed today after 4 full days on the plan and have lost 2lb so hoping for 3 or even 4lb off by Thursday morn, my first full week.

I did weightwatchers about 20 years ago and again about ten years ago and think I like this plan the best. The app is easy to use and I like the idea of having extra points once I've drunk enough water and eaten enough veg.

It seems like I'm eating lots though! The weekly points are loads as I'm exercising every day.

I have had a 'healthy(ish)' takeaway this week, 2 glasses of wine yesterday with a "roast" (boiled veg for me, not roasted!) and a Yorkshire pudding and had a small sweet cinema popcorn when I saw a film in the week.

I mean, surely this is too much food long term? It's all within my points allowance.

Keen to hear from others who have done it for longer. I should I really be eating all my points?
