Getting fit and losing weight post baby

Hello, anyone want to join me in trying to get back into shape post baby?

My details - I'm 5 ft 2 and currently 10st 11lbs. I was 10 stone when I got pregnant but my happy weight is 9 stone - was intending to lose it while TTC but got pregnant quicker than expected! I ended up feeling really sluggish all through my pregnancy and 3 months postpartum I now look really awful. Huge boobs and a saggy belly have me in size 16 t-shirts, somewhere I never thought I'd be. I really want to shift the 2 stone, get back into all my size 12 clothes and feel good about myself again!

I'm very impatient by nature and easily demoralised but I know this will need to be slow and steady. I'm breastfeeding which makes me really hungry, coupled with the sleep deprivation which makes me crave all the sugar... Not easy so I'd love company from some people in a similar boat!

My initial target is 10 stone by Christmas, then 9 stone by Easter. I've downloaded nutracheck to calorie count and I'm trying to follow the 80/20 rule because if I cut out all treats I will definitely fail! Also signed up to a postnatal fitness plan called bumps and Burpees and I go for an hour's walk each day with the pram. Currently feeding with a cup of tea and trying to ignore the hunger pangs!

Starting today with a big ish breakfast to hopefully stave off mid morning cravings! Oat cereal and banana, followed by two soft boiled eggs on one slice of toast. Tiny glass of oj to go with my iron tablet. 502 calories on nutracheck.
Hoping that posting here will keep me accountable!
