Help to end emotional eating and yo-yo dieting Noom or Second Nature?

I need to end my emotional eating and yo-yo dieting that results from it. Currently on Sertraline for depression and anxiety due to the loss of both my own mother and my MIL in less than 6 months of each other. I don't have many friends for help or support and I have no extended family, only DH and 2 children. Looking for personal experiences of people using Noom or Second Nature for support to overcome emotional eating. They are both expensive but I need support when I'm down and I reach for the bread bin! Thank you.

What's in the bread bin?

Sliced white bread which I eat with butter deep enough so that I can leave teeth marks in it.😧

I’ve done both and I would say the coaching on Second Nature is way better than Noom. Not sure where you are based but the US focus of Noom also grated on me after a while. The cultural references just didn’t work for me. And the Noom app is horrendous if you are on an Android phone!

Thank you, that's good to know. UK based and Iphone user. 🙂
Really looking for emotional support and coaching. Feelings of worthlessness prompt me to stuff my face with junk, like white bread.🙄
