Seemed like a good idea but I struggled to order without feeling scammed.

If I eat keto I lose all the cravings in a week to 10 days.

Same. Want to try it but this.

Anyone got good results with this? My DH needs help in the new year and is willing try anything. He fully admits he has no will power at all. Can it really be this easy? Probably not 🤔

i bought them and they’re rubbish. You’re better off buying a little bottle of vanilla essence from Tesco and sniffing that instead. Honestly avoid the hype. There, I’ve saved you £30.

Thank you 👍🏻

They were a thing, at least twenty years ago and I bought some in boots. I came to the conclusion that I would be better off putting vanilla oil on a fabric plaster and sniffing that. I can't remember how much they cost but I think it was around the £20 mark. They didn't work for me. I didn't realise that they were doing the rounds again.

I bought it once because I am the biggest sugar addict. It did nothing - waste of money.

Just come across this thread and wanted to share my experience.

This is working for me at the moment. I have definitely cut down on cakes and biscuits which I have not been able to do previously. I still have the occasional biscuit with a cup of tea but nothing like before. I once eat 2 tins of Quality Street before we even got to Christmas!

So far, I have lost just over 5lbs.

I think this requires some will power as well but there is something to it.
