Does anybody have any experience with slimfast. Good, bad, side effects?

Slim fast is full of sugar, you'd be so much better of just eating healthy meals. If you really must try slim fast I'd go for the Keto version as it's got sweetener instead of sugar but still not a healthy option.
If you really want to lose weight and keep it off it's sugar and processed food you need to be steering clear of but make it a way of life.

I was actually asking for peoples experience of using slimfast, not diet advice. Thanks for taking the time to reply though.

I’ve done Slimfast several times with short term success.

I haven’t found that I’ve been hungry but instead I’ve been bored. The shakes aren’t the best tasting and the new replacement bars are all sweet, I think I missed a lack of savoury stuff! Also, dinner time was pretty restrictive from what I can remember.

It also gave me an awful upset tummy… not sure if because of the sugars or the processed stuff but I can see where my weight-loss went!!

For a short term fix or a kickstarter for a diet without using meal replacements, I’d say it wasn’t too bad all things considered!

Have you ever done Slimfast?

There is no added sugar in SlimFast. All of the sugar comes from the skimmed milk that is needed for the shakes and it is different to other bad sugars.

Personally, I find the SlimFast plan not too burdensome. It is not a breeze and you will not be completely filled, but you will never be left in unbearable hunger. Check out their standard 3-2-1 plan. Try it for a few days and see how you get on. Try a smallish tub from Home Bargains or Amazon. I would recommend the strawberry, raspberry & white chocolate or caramel. I would avoid the cafe latte, although it does take exactly like real coffee if you like that.

If you decide to go for it longer term, the 50-shake tubs can be good value.

Good luck.
