Anyone successfully used the body coach app?

It's coming up to my daughter's second birthday and since she has been born I've done very little exercise! I started healthy eating a month ago and felt really good, but was on holiday last week and had my 40th birthday and have fallen off the wagon! I downloaded and paid for the body coach app months ago but now I'm determined to get exercising and eat a little bit more healthy! Has anyone used the meal plans and exercise (I will be starting as a beginner) to build fitness and feel better about themselves? Looking for motivation x

Hi! I started it last month and love it. I've just finished the first beginners cycle so I'm now onto BC2. I only lost a few pounds which I'm ok about because I did lose 19cm so I'm pretty happy with that. The recipes are really good and pretty big portions too! I think if I'd stuck to the plan completely and not drank alcohol Smile I'd have lost more lbs. If you're on Facebook there's The Body Coach App - Official Community Group which is brilliant!

I did. I lost 13lbs and many inches. I felt great, stronger and fitter. Was brilliant. But really hard to maintain. I'm not a fan of exercise though so didn't find that motivating. Joe says "you never regret a work out" and whilst he's right, I don't feel better after them either, just sweaty!

Like any other plan, consistency is key. I did find my kids are most the meals with me which was a bonus.

I'm considering signing up to this. Very little time to work out each day but I guess it is just about prioritising it. I do worry about putting it all on again but a kick start might be what I need!
