It's coming up to my daughter's second birthday and since she has been born I've done very little exercise! I started healthy eating a month ago and felt really good, but was on holiday last week and had my 40th birthday and have fallen off the wagon! I downloaded and paid for the body coach app months ago but now I'm determined to get exercising and eat a little bit more healthy! Has anyone used the meal plans and exercise (I will be starting as a beginner) to build fitness and feel better about themselves? Looking for motivation x
