Any exercise experts out there, if I can only go to the gym twice a week, what should I be doing whilst there?

My circumstances have changed and instead of going to the gym 4 times a week, I can only go on Saturday and Sundays now so I want to maximise what I am doing on those 2 days.

Currently doing (on both days) an hour's cardio class (very high impact aerobics which also includes some upper body, lower body and abs work) and tagging on a couple of weights machines and extra abs work in the gym afterwards.
