Reverse health

Has anyone tried reverse health? I keep getting adds for it. I have gone through the questions on the Web site and it tells me that if I pay for my programme I will lose weight and feel great! However it doesn't tell me what it involves. There are no example meals or plans and what makes it different? Not going to pay without more info so wondered if anyone has used it?

Same- best I could make out was that you eat your big meal at breakfast then it’s the smallest meal at teatime. It looks like a calorie controlled diet and restrictive from what little I found. Same as you - I’m not signing up for minimal to no information.

Very suspicious that most of the reviews on trust pilot are 5 star, saying how amazing it is without telling you what it does.

Sprinkled with a few saying that there is no trial period and they don't do refunds....

Sounds like something I will now ignore!
