Need to maintain weight

Hi ladies and gents. Recently lost a significant amount of weight and wanting to take some supplements/vitamins to support me to maintain. Is there any go to items that is vital to your diet/daily routine?
For example, water retention tablets- are they worth it?
Vitamins to stop bloating- do these exist???? I have to undo my jeans button even after a piece of toast!

I wouldn't say there's anything designed to maintain weight so I wouldn't fall for any particular claims in that direction

You mention bloating after a piece of toast. Maybe try swapping out the toast for a wrap or sourdough or just something else to experiment a little.

Don't take water tablets as they won't help and can upset balances in the body. I'd only take a supplement for a specific reason

B12, magnesium and zinc are all useful in the correct dosages
