And I feel a failure…

multiple times in the last few months I have attempted to eat healthy and ended up going back to over eating junk food.

a couple of years ago I successfully lost 3 stone and kept it off for over a year. I felt so good mentally and physically, eating the right foods and fitting into my tiny jeans. I also had lots of energy and felt happy.

however whenever I’ve tried to go back to this old diet I’ve failed. Life has got pretty stressful and I’ve been comfort eating. I feel awful after eating these sugary processed foods, bloated , guilty and sleepy, unproductive and just rubbish šŸ˜“

how can I get back into a positive mindset again? Can anyone else relate?

I could really use some advice and support please be kind x

Hi, I have just started a thread about this. I eat so much junk food, kfc, McDonald's, Chinese, pizza. I have woken up today and thought, I'm giving it all up, I have to. It's destroying my life!

Im going to see if I can get a book to read that will motivate me. I think it's a habit and we just need to break the habit though! After a few weeks it'll be much easier.

I'm the same. I've just started C25K again and find that exercise can kick-start the food side, plus it tones even if not actually losing weight. I've also thought about what my 3 meals today are going to be. Porridge brekkie, soup lunch, veg kebab and rice dinner. Trying to keep it affordable and simple. Tracking on Nutra check. I needed something different to my fitness pal.
