And I feel a failureā¦
multiple times in the last few months I have attempted to eat healthy and ended up going back to over eating junk food.
a couple of years ago I successfully lost 3 stone and kept it off for over a year. I felt so good mentally and physically, eating the right foods and fitting into my tiny jeans. I also had lots of energy and felt happy.
however whenever Iāve tried to go back to this old diet Iāve failed. Life has got pretty stressful and Iāve been comfort eating. I feel awful after eating these sugary processed foods, bloated , guilty and sleepy, unproductive and just rubbish š
how can I get back into a positive mindset again? Can anyone else relate?
I could really use some advice and support please be kind x
