KFC Calories

Can anyone tell me roughly how many calories there are in 3 hot chicken wings from KFC?

I have been doing so well on my diet, came out of Tesco having resisted all things nice and tasty - huge traffic jam, starving so went through the drive thru

Ok I know its going to be loads but am hoping that it isnt millions, and that I'll be able to adjust my meal tonight... hopefully... Argh

it says 180 each on calorie-count. If its the hot n spicy whole chicken wings.

225 according to here KFC is the worst when on a diet, it really is. Sympathy!

If you had just been in tesco, why on earth hadn't you bought a healthy snack in there?
Carrot sticks, Rice cakes (I found new Marmite ones), something like that.

And for heavens sake why go NEAR KFC if you are trying to lose weight?

i know i am thick so please correct me if i am wrong, but on that link it says 6 peices ie 6 chicken wings are 450 calories.... so 3 would be 225. ????????????????

maybe this is why i am such a lard arse as i cant read labels correctly

And what's wrong with carrots or rice cakes if you're hungry?

I felt very guilty.... but I suppose thats a good thing..

They do say that today is the most depressing day of the year, thats my excuse!

They were nice, especially as I was starving. I've had my fix now, I shall abstain and not even visulise KFC anymore.. carrot and marmite bread sticks for me
