Weighed myself and realised that I am heavier than I would like to be, and I know I have myself to blame. I like to snack, drink beer and wine as well as a love of chocolate has done me over!
Started using MFP to log food this and have quickly realised how much I eat between meals
. Have cut it all out and alongside the usual exercise I do, this has given me a decent deficit every day.
How long do you think it'll be before I hopefully start to see results? I have been avoiding the scales for a few days but probably need to step on them again next week
